We advise clients on strategy, contract analysis and structuring of transactions to comply with the provisions of anti-trust and competition laws in India.

• Assisting in planning the way forward on receipt of notice for investigation/information from the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
• Undertaking legal due diligence of entities, identifying the legal issues, providing recommendation-based reporting and advising on competition law compliances including post transaction compliances.
• Preparing pleadings, replies, applications, assisting in regulatory filings before the CCI and Director General (DG), and liaising with relevant regulatory authorities.
