We advise investors, promoters, and target companies in venture capital investments (including seed funding and angel funding) to senior and late-stage investments.

• • Providing investment proposals with value-added analyses, and also act as a legal advisor on agreements at all phases of the investment life cycle
  • Advising on structuring which includes the type of instruments, mode of investment, route, regulatory restrictions and undertaking due diligence of the target company
  • Providing transactional support and advice on regulatory issues, filing, and follow-ups on applications with appropriate authorities (including the Competition Commission of India and RBI)
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating term sheets and transaction documents.
  • Advising on exit strategies and exit options, including offer for sale on the Indian stock exchange, buyback/put option exercise, and strategic sales
