Advising on the human resource related aspects of restructuring, mergers, takeovers, and various types of business transformation such as employee benefits structuring and equity-based incentive schemes, and other people related matters.
- Advising on matters related to settlement of workplace diversity and discrimination, non-compete and negative covenant, labour and employment disputes, intellectual property protection, and data privacy
- Assisting in preparing, evaluating and implementing employment policies and service contracts along with compliance handbooks
- Representing clients before labour authorities, tribunals and courts. Advising on state and central employment regulations, such as provident funds, gratuity, employee state insurance, compensation, shops and businesses
- Providing analysis and advice on the impact of labour codes on current employment/labour law practises, as well as providing transitions support.
