Demystifying the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace Act

To protect the interest of increasing number of women joining the workplace and ensure a safe and secure working environment for them, organisations are leaving no stone unturned to implement the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Given the focus to ensure effective implementation of the Act, we are organising a virtual session to decode the implications of the Act and how organisations can set up frameworks while dealing with harassment complaints.
