  • Offering legal assistance on issues related to real estate acquisitions, joint developments, local land laws, encumbrance search, land use, land ceiling, land acquisition proceedings, litigation over land, the validity of the title documents, registration and stamping of documents, commercial and residential leasing, construction, development, transferability of land, financing, zoning regulations and other statutory approval and licenses across India
