We advised Softline Group on the acquisition of Umbrella Infocare Private Limited, engaged in the business of providing cloud services related to reselling, data centre migration, managed services, etc with AWS cloud, Azure and Google cloud platforms.
The scope of work involved conducting a legal due diligence on Umbrella Infocare Private Limited, drafting, reviewing and finalising the transaction documentation and assisting Softline Group with the closing formalities.
