We advised Gujarat Apollo Industries Limited, a listed company in India and a leading manufacturer of high-quality crushing and screening equipment and Keestrack group, based in Belgium with global operations in the manufacturing of construction and agricultural equipment on their recent transaction in India.
The transaction entailed setting up a joint venture in India to use each other’s synergies to provide better products in the SAARC nations. We served as both joint venture partners’ only legal counsel.
