Prasad is a qualified lawyer with more than 25 years of expertise in indirect taxes, including compliance, consulting, and litigation, in both industry and professional services businesses. He represents clients in all forms of direct and alternative conflict resolution, including courts and tribunals.

His area of practice spreads across various indirect tax legislations under GST, excise, service tax, customs, VAT, and provides advice on conferring, legal drafting or representational services or in the field of tax litigation. He has provided legal opinions on complex tax issues, suggesting tax-optimum structures, recommending tax-planning avenues, maximizing incentives under various tax and regulatory fronts.
