We advised the promoters of Expert Global Solutions on sale of their shareholding in the company to the Alten Group. Expert Global Solutions is a company having worldwide operation with subsidiaries across the globe and is engaged in the business of providing engineering services, including engineering design services, technical publication, IT services, digital solutions, ADAS and autonomous driving, data annotation, trading of IT infrastructure goods and related services.
The transaction will enable Alten, a world leader in engineering and IT services, strengthen its India presence.
