Nishant has extensive expertise in advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, general corporate and commercial law, litigation strategy, and employment law. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and is a qualified Company Secretary.

Experience

Nishant has worked with clients in a wide variety of sectors, including real estate, construction, software, e-commerce, logistics, mines and minerals, power, and consulting.

He has also advised clients on title verification, local land legislation, encumbrance search, joint development, land usage, land ceiling, land litigation, commercial and residential leasing, financing, and statutory approvals and licences.

Nishant has co-authored “Company Law – Piercing the Corporate Veil,” published by Eastern Law House, Kolkata.
