Experience

Nidhi has over a decade of expertise in assisting clients on business and commercial legal issues. She has assisted clients on a diverse industries at all stages of corporate transactions (mergers, de-mergers, acquisitions, collaborations, joint ventures, exit transactions, group restructuring, and debt restructuring), from drafting and negotiating transaction documents to assisting with pre- and post-closing compliances.

She has advised clients (both domestic and international) in the real estate, power and infrastructure, hospitality, FMCG, health care, and e-commerce sectors in setting up their business in India. Nidhi also counsels clients on issues such as corporate law, exchange control regulations, and other business-related laws.

She is a law graduate from ILS Law College, Pune and is a qualified Company Secretary and is also a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
